摘　　要：苏州城乡一体化综合改革已培育出一批极具特色的村庄聚落。在乡村振兴背景下,苏州村庄被赋予新价值、新功能,传统单村发展模式与规划编制模式一定程度上难以解决产业发展同质化等一系列问题,无法完全适应当前苏州村庄的发展需求;村庄连片发展模式为苏州村庄发展提供了新思路。文章以村庄连片发展概念认知为基础,探究苏州村庄连片的发展基础,提出价值连片、功能连片、资源连片、空间连片和治理连片五个方面的苏州村庄连片规划编制策略。The comprehensive reform of urban-rural integration in Suzhou has cultivated a series of distinct village clusters.Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,Suzhou’s rural areas are endowed with new values and functions.However,the traditional single-village development and planning models to some extent fail to address issues such as industrial homogenization,making them insufficient to meet the current development needs of rural Suzhou.Therefore,the village cluster development model offers a new approach for the development of the villages in Suzhou.This paper,based on the understanding on the concept of village cluster development,explores the developmental foundation of Suzhou’s village clusters and proposes the planning and formulation strategies from five aspects of value clustering,function clustering,resource clustering,spatial clustering,and governance clustering.
