摘　　要：基于中小学建筑停车泊位配建指标不统一的问题,文章首先对比了国内典型城市对于该类建筑停车泊位的配建指标标准和规定,进而提出了当前停车泊位配建指标的发展需求的趋势,并提出了相应的指标取值确定办法。文章研究内容可以为中小学建筑停车泊位的优化配置提供参考。In view of the issue of inconsistent indicators for the allocation of parking spaces in primary and secondary schools,this paper first compares the standards and regulations for the allocation of parking spaces in typical cities in China,and then proposes the trend of current development needs for parking space allocation indicators,and proposes the corresponding methods for determining indicator values.The research content of this paper can provide a reference for the optimal configuration of parking spaces in primary and secondary schools.
