摘　　要：文章对晋北地区样本县基础设施、厨卫设施、供暖设施等方面进行研究,利用有序Probit模型进行回归分析,探讨农房功能设施对乡村居民住房满意度的影响。研究结果显示,农房功能设施显著影响农房满意度,区域自然条件与经济发展影响村民使用习惯。此外,不同特征农民的住房需求和期望存在差异,推动农房功能设施建设的全面发展,必须全面考虑多种影响因素,以优化和提升乡村居民的居住环境。This paper studies the infrastructure,kitchen and bathroom facilities,and heating facilities in the sample counties in northern Shanxi,and conducts regression analysis with the ordered probit model to explore the impact of the functional facilities of farmhouses on the housing satisfaction of rural residents.The results of the study show that the functional facilities of farmhouses significantly affect the housing satisfaction,and the regional natural conditions and economic development affect the villagers’usage habits.In addition,there are differences in the housing needs and expectations of farmers with different characteristics.To promote the comprehensive development of the functional facilities of farmhouses,it is necessary to comprehensively consider a variety of influencing factors to optimize and enhance the living environment of rural residents.
