浙南丽水地区乡村自建住宅发展演变与更新策略分析

摘　　要：在乡村振兴背景下,为探究乡村住宅的发展历程,为乡村建设提供基础性资料,文章以丽水市50个乡村作为研究对象,对农村自建住宅进行调查研究。丽水市乡村自建住宅的发展大致可以分为三个阶段:20世纪80—90年代、2000—2010年以及2010年以后。每个阶段都有着独特的风貌与特点,文章基于不同时期的住宅特点,采取相应的更新策略,以适应各阶段住宅的发展和不断变化的需求。In the context of rural revitalization,in order to explore the development history of rural houses and to provide basic information for the rural construction,this paper investigates and studies the rural self-built houses in 50 villages in Lishui city.The self-built houses in the countryside of Lishui City have undergone three stages of development:from 1980s to 1990s,from 2000 to 2010,and the period after 2010.Each stage is characterized by the unique style and characteristics.Based on the characteristics of the houses in different stages,the corresponding renewal strategies are employed to adapt to the development and changing needs of the houses in different stages.
