摘  要:在新质生产力蓬勃发展的时代背景下,“半导体物理与器件”作为电子类工科专业的核心基础课程,对集成电路与微电子产业的蓬勃发展具有不可替代的理论指引与实用价值。围绕“半导体物理与器件”课程改革的背景,梳理了当前课程改革的现状、面临的困境与挑战,并创造性地探讨了如何通过深化产教融合机制,为新质生产力的培育注入强劲动力。提出针对性的解决方案和措施,并结合具体实践案例,为“半导体物理与器件”课程的教学改革提供参考,为新质生产力的培养提供有力支持。Under the vigorous development of new quality productivity,Semiconductor Physics and Devices,as the core foundational courses for electronic engineering majors,holds irreplaceable theoretical guidance and practical value for the robust advancement of the integrated circuit and microelectronics industry.The curriculum reform in this field is not only intricately linked to the progress of the discipline itself,but also directly impacts the cultivation of high-quality,innovative scientific and technological talents in the future,constituting a vital component in shaping new quality productivity.Based on the background of the course reform of Semiconductor Physics and Devices,this paper reviews its current situation,difficulties,and challenges.It creatively discusses how to inject strong impetus into cultivating new quality productivity by deepening industry-education integration mechanisms.This paper proposes specific solutions and measures combined with practical cases to provide a reference for teaching reform in Semiconductor Physics and Devices while offering strong support for cultivating new quality productivity.
