摘　　要：如何将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养融为一体,成为课程思政建设的时代命题。从大学的办学理念、主体任务、培养对象三个层次回答了课程思政建设的必要性,从认识、能力、机制三个维度诊断了新时代水利学科课程思政建设的难点,从时间尺度认识拓展、空间尺度能力提升、协同维度机制健全三个方面提出了水利学科课程思政建设方略。研究成果对推进水利学科课程思政建设、回应新时代发展需求具有重要的科学价值和有益参考借鉴。In the face of the great changes in today’s world,how to integrate value shaping,knowledge imparting and ability training has become the topic of The Times in curriculum ideology and politics construction.This paper explains the necessity of curriculum ideology and politics construction from three levels of running philosophy,main tasks and training objects,and diagnoses the challenges of ideological and political construction of water conservancy curriculum in the new era from three dimensions of cognition,ability and mechanism,and puts forward the strategy from three aspects of understanding expansion at time scale,capacity improvement at spatial scale and mechanism improvement at collaborative dimension.The research results have important scientific value and useful reference for promoting the ideological and political construction of water conservancy curriculum and responding to the development needs of the new era.
