摘 要:游戏课程化是针对当前幼儿园教育中游戏与课程作为两个核心内容难以融合,导致“小学化”倾向严重,无法落实“游戏是幼儿园教育的基本活动”所提出的新型课程模式。游戏课程化的逻辑起点是游戏,是游戏进入并达到课程高度的过程。游戏课程化的推进对幼儿园教师素质提出了新的要求,从源头上对高校学前教育专业人才培养模式提出了挑战。因此,为培养高校学前教育专业学生相应的素质和能力,通过把握游戏与课程的关系,了解游戏课程化的内容并分析其对幼儿教师素质的要求,最后提出“幼儿园游戏”作为学前教育专业必修课程之一,教学改革具体可从游戏精神、体验式教学、加强课程生成能力、体现创新精神等方面进行。s:Gamification of curriculum is a new curriculum model which aims at the fact that the game and the curriculum are two cores in the current kindergarten education,but it is difficult to integrate,which leads to the serious tendency of“primary school”and the inability to implement the model of“game is the basic activity of kindergarten education”.The logical starting point of gamification of curriculum is game,which is the process of game entering and reaching the height of curriculum.The promotion of gamification curriculum puts forward new requirements for the quality of kindergarten teachers,and challenges the training mode of preschool education professionals in colleges and universities from the source.Therefore,in order to cultivate the corresponding quality and ability of pre-school education students in colleges and universities,by grasping the relationship between games and courses,we can understand the content of gamification of curriculum and analyze its requirements for kindergarten teachers’quality.Finally,we put forward that kindergarten games should be one of the compulsory courses for pre-school education majors,and the teaching reform can be carried out from the aspects of game spirit,experiential teaching,strengthening curriculum generation ability and embodying innovative spirit.
