摘　　要：文章基于住房和城乡建设部2021—2023年工程造价咨询统计公报数据,深入分析了近三年来中国工程造价咨询行业发展现状,探究了行业的变化情况及产生原因。总体来看,行业整体发展态势良好,企业数量不断增长,从业人员结构不断优化,业务类型逐步拓展,但受政策调整、市场需求减弱等因素影响,也出现了价格竞争激烈、收入下降等难题。在此形势下,企业需要结合自身特点,通过多维度的战略调整与创新驱动,提升市场适应性和综合竞争力,在不断变化的环境中实现高质量发展。Based on the data from the statist ical bulletins of engineering cost consulting of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development during 2021-2023,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the development status of China's engineering cost consulting industry in the past three years and explores the changes in the industry as well as the causes behind them.Generally speaking,the overall development trend of the industry is favorable.The number of enterprises has been continuously increasing,the structure of employees has been constantly optimized,and the business types have been gradually expanded.However,influenced by factors such as policy adjustments and the weakening of market demand,problems like fierce price competition and declining revenues have also emerged.Under such circumstances,enterprises need to combine their own characteristics and enhance their market adaptability and comprehensive competitiveness through multi-dimensional strategic adjustments and innovation-driven approaches,so as to achieve high-quality development in the constantly changing environment.
