摘　　要：建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业,在推动经济增长和促进就业等方面一直发挥着重要作用。业财融合作为一种创新的管理模式,正逐步成为企业增强核心竞争力、有效控制建筑施工成本风险、实现可持续发展的关键策略。文章深入探讨了业财融合在建筑业企业成本风险管理中的创新实践及其应用效果,旨在为同行业者提供可借鉴的宝贵经验和实用方法。研究成果对于建筑业企业强化成本管理、深化业财融合,推动企业实现高质量发展具有参考价值。As a pillar industry of the national economy,the con struction industry has consistently played a crucial role in driving economic growth and fostering employment.The integration of business and finance,as an innovative management model,is gradually emerging as a key strategy for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness,effectively control cost risks in construction projects,and achieve sustainable development.This paper delves into the innovative practices and application effects of business-finance integration in cost risk management within construction enterprises,aiming to provide valuable insights and practical methodologies for practitioners in the same industry to draw upon.The findings of this study hold significant guidance for construction enterprises to strengthen cost management,deepen business-finance integration,and propel their pursuit of high-quality development.
