摘　　要：城市轨道交通施工合同存在条款不够细致等粗放式管理问题,而精细化管理是解决这些问题的可行模式。文章以成都轨道交通30号线为例,分析施工合同的背景,构建合同精细化管理体系,建立合同精细化管理框架,系统梳理主要内容。实践结果表明:合同精细化管理在分包结算等方面取得一定成效,对推动城市轨道交通施工合同管理改革将产生积极作用。There are some extensive management problems in urban railway construction contract such as the terms are not detailed enough,and fine management is a feasible model to solve the problems.This paper takes Chengdu Rail Transit Line30 as an example,the background of the construction contract is firstly analyzed.Secondly,the contract fine management system is built and the contract fine management framework is established.Thirdly,the main contents are systematically reviewed.The results of the case study show that the fine management of the contract has achieved some results in the settlement of subcontracts.The study plays a positive role in promoting the reform of urban railway construction contract management.
