摘　　要：在装配式装修项目管理中,成本控制是至关重要的环节。文章以价值工程的延伸为切入点,从全流程成本影响因素及实施管控要点二者间的关联性出发,逐层展开细项并分析精细化管理要点;结合案例并采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,用实施流程子阶段与成本管控子要素一一对应的方式说明其思路及管控着手点,通过理论分析与案例分析验证事前控制与全过程考量对于成本精细化管理的重要性,形成具有细节视角的装配式装修成本精细化管理的前置思考流程与要素清单;通过案例进一步说明、展示实施流程各阶段的对应管控思路,并佐证可实施性与可操作性。文章旨在提供一种分析思路与管理重点,启示项目从前期出发、关注细节、全流程统筹思考,并积极引入新技术新理念实现项目成本精细化管控。In the management of assembled decoration projects,cost control is a crucial part.The article takes the extension of value engineering as the breakthrough point.Starting from the correlation between the influencing factors of the whole process cost and the key point of implementation and control,expand the details by layers and analyzed the important point of fine management;combined with the case and the used of Building Information Model(BIM) technology,the idea and starting point of management and control are explained in the way of one-to-one correspondence between the sub-stages of implementation process and the sub-elements of cost control,through theoretical analysis and case analysis,verifying the importance of pre-control and whole process consideration for cost fine management.Formed a pre-thinking process and a list of elements for the refined management of assembled decoration costs with a detailed perspective.Through the case,the corresponding control ideas of each stage of the implementation process are further explained and displayed,and that proved the feasibility and operability.It aims to provide an analytical idea and management focus,enlighten the project to starting from the early stage,pay attention to details,comprehensive coordination and think over throughout the whole process,and actively introduce new technologies and new concepts to achieve refined project cost control.
