摘　　要：检验监测是工程建设过程中的重要组成部分,在项目前期阶段,受设计方案深度的限制,检验监测费一直以简单的费率形式列支。根据我国建设单位工程质量首要责任制的要求,非建设单位委托的检测机构出具的检测报告不得作为工程质量验收依据。为提高概算准确度,降低调概风险,文章以粤港澳大湾区九市的检验监测费数据为调研蓝本,通过市场公开信息的收集、整理和分析,提出相应的检验监测建议,为工程建设前期相关单位和工程造价咨询人员提供相关的参考数据。Inspection and monitoring are an important part of the construction project process.In the early stages of a project,due to the limitations of the depth of the design plan,inspection and monitoring costs have always been listed as a simple rate.With the advancement of the primary responsibility for construction quality by construction units in our country,inspection reports issued by testing agencies not commissioned by construction units cannot be used as the basis for quality acceptance of the project.To improve the accuracy of budget estimates and reduce the risk of adjustments for construction units in later stages,this report uses the inspection and testing fee data from nine cities in the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area as a research basis.Through the collection,organization,and analysis of market public information,it provides practical reference data for relevant units and construction cost consultants in the early stages of engineering construction.
