摘 要:电网生产技改项目造价精益化管控对技改项目经济效益和社会效益的提高有着积极影响,但目前电网生产技改项目管控精益化水平较难满足要求。文章梳理了电网生产技改项目各阶段的造价管控内容,通过文献分析研究了造价管控现状,明确了各阶段造价管控要点及现阶段造价管控存在的问题,以此为基础构建了电网生产技改项目造价精益化管控体系,旨在提升电网生产技改项目造价管控的精准度,为电网企业开展造价精益化管理提供参考。The cost control of power grid production and technological transformation projects in a lean manner has a positive impact on improving the economic and social benefits of such projects.However,the current level of lean cost control for power grid production and technological transformation projects is difficult to meet the requirements.This article sorts out the cost control contents of each stage of power grid production and technological transformation projects,studies the current situation of cost control through literature analysis,clarifies the key points of cost control at each stage and the existing problems in cost control at the present stage,and on this basis,constructs a lean cost control system for power grid production and technological transformation projects,aiming to improve the accuracy of cost control for power grid production and technological transformation projects and provide a reference for power grid enterprises to carry out lean cost management.
