摘　　要：文章通过对工程总承包(EPC)模式下地埋式净水厂项目成本管控的重难点进行分析,提出了以目标成本为核心的成本管理总体思路,并以地埋式污水处理厂项目的具体案例,展示了成本管控的实践应用,包括项目策划、设计、采购、施工以及竣工和试运行阶段的成本管控措施,旨在为同类型项目的 EPC模式成本管理提供参考和借鉴,以期提升项目管理效益,确保项目成功实施。The article analyzes the key difficulties in cost control of underground water treatment plant projects under the Engineering,Procurement,and Construction(EPC) model.It proposes a cost management approach centered on target costs and demonstrates the practical application of cost control using a specific case study of an underground sewage treatment plant project.This includes cost control measures during the project planning,design,procurement,construction,and commissioning and trial operation stages.The aim is to provide references and insights for cost management in EPC model projects of the same type,in order to enhance project management efficiency and ensure the successful implementation of the project.
