摘 要:工程项目招标阶段审核时分值分配比例不合理,容易影响审核的精准度,为此文章提出基于Web的工程项目招标阶段智能审核方法。利用Web技术集成招标过程中的数据,分类整理性;确认招标风险指标的合理权重,基于已构建的权重体系和整理后的数据,计算招标方案的总体风险度,从而实现对招标风险的智能审核与评估。实验结果表明,该审核方法的最大偏差仅达0.06%,在数据量达到1GB级别时,偏差趋于稳定,能够实现更高的精准度,提升审核效率。There is an unreasonable distribution ratio of scores in the bidding stage of engineering projects,which easily affects the accuracy of auditing.Therefore,an intelligent auditing method based on Web is proposed.Using Web technology to integrate the data in the bidding process,sorting and sorting;confirm the reasonable weight of bidding risk indicators,and calculate the overall risk degree of bidding scheme based on the constructed weight system and the sorted data,so as to realize the intelligent audit and evaluation of bidding risk.The experimental results show that the maximum deviation of this method is only 0.06%,and the deviation tends to be stable when the data amount reaches 1GB level,which can achieve higher accuracy and improve the audit efficiency.
