摘 要:架空导线上的电力接续金具在风载荷的作用下会发生持续振动,振动引起的导线与金具间微动磨损特性对电接触性能有重要的影响。通过模拟导线-金具系统在微风下的卡门涡街效应,研究不同振动频率(30、40和50 Hz)下电接触界面的微动磨损行为与性能退化机制,以接触电阻作为接触性能的评价指标,揭示其随时间变化的典型特征,利用微观测试手段对损伤区域进行观测,以评估磨损表面的损伤程度、氧化程度及元素在接触区的分布,并确立磨损机制与接触电阻的关系。试验结果表明:电接触区域发生的磨损和氧化行为是影响接触电阻波动和增长的主要原因;振动频率的提高会加剧接触面的微动损伤,为氧化提供更多的新鲜金属,并在界面积累更多的氧化磨屑;磨屑的持续积累会隔离导电通路,进而降低电接触性能的稳定和可靠性。The electrical connection fittings affixed to overhead conductors are subjected to persistent vibration due to wind loads,leading to fretting wear at the interface between the conductor and fittings.This wear significantly impacts theelectricalcontact performance.To understand this phenomenon,the fretting wear behavior and the mechanisms of performance degradation at the electrical contact interface were investigated under varying vibration frequencies(30 Hz,40 Hz,and 50 Hz)by simulating the Carmen vortex street effect,which occurs in the wire-hardware system under gentle breezes.Contact resistance served as a critical metric to elucidate its temporal evolution.The extent of damage was assessed through microscopic examination,which evaluated the severity of wear,the degree of oxidation,and the elemental distribution within the contact zone and the relationship between wear mechanism and contact resistance was established.The experimental results show that wear and oxidation within the electrical contact area are predominant factors influencing the fluctuation and growth of contact resistance.An increase in vibration frequency will aggravate the fretting damage on the contact surface,thereby exposing more fresh metal to oxidation and resulting in the accumulation of oxidation debris at the interface.The accumulated debris can obstruct the conductive pathways,thereby diminishing the stability and reliability of the electrical contact performance.
