摘 要:温度对湿式摩擦副接合可靠性和热磨损失效具有重要影响。为研究湿式摩擦副接合过程中的热力学特性,以湿式离合器摩擦副为研究对象,建立承载力模型和摩擦转矩模型,利用Runge-Kutta数值积分法求解不同工况下湿式摩擦副接合特性。基于传热理论,采用Abaqus分析软件建立湿式摩擦副热机耦合模型,采用直接耦合法分析摩擦副接合过程的温度场和应力场分布规律,研究相对转速、接合压力对对偶钢片热特性的影响。结果表明:摩擦界面温度场沿径向呈梯度分布,在靠外径处出现高温区,对偶钢片在接合开始和结束时刻出现高温热点,应力场分布规律同温度场分布规律一致;摩擦片油槽非接触区域存在强制对流换热,温度低于非油槽区;相对转速、接合压力对湿式摩擦副接合特性影响显著,相对转速越大,接合压力越小,湿式摩擦副接合时间越长,温度随转速的增加而增加,随接合压力的增大略有下降。分析结果为湿式离合器摩擦副热致磨损机制研究提供了参考。Temperature has an important effect on the engagement reliability and thermal wear failure of wet friction pairs.In order to study the thermodynamic characteristics of wet friction pair in the process of engagement,the bearing capacity model and friction torque model was established with wet clutch friction pair as the research objec.Runge-Kutta numerical integration method was used to solve the influence of different working conditions on the engagement characteristics of wet friction pair.Based on the heat transfer theory,the thermomechanical coupling model of wet friction pair was established by Abaqus analysis software.The distribution law of temperature field and stress field during the engagement process of friction pair was analyzed by direct coupling method,and the influence of relative speed and pressure on the thermal characteristics of steel disc was studied.The results show that the temperature field at the friction interface shows a gradient distribution along the radial direction,with a high temperature zone appearing near the outer diameter.The dual steel sheet exhibits high temperature hotspots at the beginning and end of the engagement.The stress field distribution pattern is consistent with the temperature field distribution pattern.There is forced convection heat transfer in the non-contact area of the oil groove of the friction plate,and the temperature is lower than that in the non-oil groove area.Relative speed and pressure have significant influence on the engagement characteristics of wet friction pairs.The higher the relative speed,the smaller the pressure and the longer the engagement time of wet friction pairs.The temperature increases with the increase of speed and slightly decreases with the increase of pressure.The analysis results provide a reference for the study of thermal wear mechanism of wet clutch friction pairs.
