摘 要:超临界二氧化碳干气密封通常在高压高转速环境下运行,润滑气体的高密度与主轴高转速共同作用导致显著的离心惯性效应。然而,目前关于离心惯性效应对密封角向动态特性及稳定性影响的研究尚不充分。以螺旋槽干气密封(S-DGS)为研究对象,基于小扰动法求解考虑离心惯性力效应的实际气体Reynolds方程与角向稳定性控制方程,获得不同工况条件下泵入、泵出式S-DGS端面气膜的角向刚度、阻尼和角向稳定临界频率比。研究表明:离心惯性效应会降低泵入式S-DGS的角向动态特性系数,增大泵出式S-DGS的角向动态特性系数,且其影响随压缩数的升高而增强;离心惯性效应会增大泵出式S-DGS的角向稳定临界频率比,降低泵入式S-DGS的角向稳定临界频率比;相较于进口压力与频率比,压缩数的变化对离心惯性效应强度的影响更为显著。The centrifugal inertia effect,resulting from the combined influence of high lubricating gas density and high spindle speed,is particularly significant for supercritical carbon dioxide dry gas seals,which typically operate under high-pressure and high-speed conditions.However,the influence of the centrifugal inertia effect on the angular dynamic characteristics and angular stability has not been fully explored.The spiral groove dry gas seal(S-DGS)was taken as the research object.Based on the small disturbance method,the Reynolds equation and angular stability control equation,which considered the real gas effect and the centrifugal inertia effect,were derived and solved.The angular stiffness and damping,and the angular stability thresholds of the end face gas film in the pumping-in and pumping-out S-DGS were obtained under different operating conditions.The results show that the angular dynamic characteristic coefficient of the pumping-inS-DGSis reduced due to the centrifugal inertia effect,while that of the pumping-out S-DGS is increased.The influence of the centrifugal inertia effect on the angular stability critical frequency ratio is enhanced with an increase in compressibility number.The angular stability critical frequency ratio of the pumping-out S-DGS is increased due to the centrifugal inertia effect,while that of the pumping-in S-DGS is decreased.Compared to inlet pressure and frequency ratio,changes in the compression number have a more significant effect on the intensity of the centrifugal inertia effect.
