摘 要:静动压油膜轴承是薄板连铸连轧中的重要零件之一,随着轧制技术的提高,轧辊所受的压力和摩擦力越来越大。为探究轧机静动压油膜轴承的承载能力,以薄板连铸连轧机油膜轴承为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学理论,对高偏心率下油膜流体域进行数值计算,研究静压油腔形状、布置方式和轴颈转速对油膜压力和承载力的影响。研究结果表明:油腔形状对油膜压力和承载力影响较大,当各油腔形状等效面积相同时,矩形静压油腔的油膜压力和承载力最大,然后依次为圆形和椭圆形静压油腔;油腔的布置方式对油膜压力和承载力影响较大,当油腔位于承载区且不发生偏移时油膜压力和承载力达到最高;在低速重载情况下,转速与油膜压力和承载力呈正相关,但是转速对两者的影响较小。Hybrid oil film bearing is one of the important parts in continuous casting and rolling of thin sheet.With the improvement of rolling technology,the pressure and friction of roll are increasing.In order to investigate the bearing capacity of hybrid oil film bearing of rolling mill,the oil film bearing of continuous casting and rolling of thin sheet was taken as the research object,and the oil film fluid domain under high eccentricity was numerically calculated based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics.The effects of the shape and arrangement of hydrostatic oil cavity and the journal speed on the oil film pressure and bearing capacity were studied.The results show that the shape of the oil cavity has a significant impact on the oil film pressure and bearing capacity.When the equivalent area of each oil cavity is the same,the rectangular oil cavity has the highest oil film pressure and bearing capacity,followed by round and oval oil cavities in sequence.The arrangement of oil cavity has a significant impact on the oil film pressure and bearing capacity.When the oil chamber is located in the bearing area and there is no shift,the oil film pressure and bearing capacity reach the maximum.In the case of low speed and heavy load,the rotation speed are positively correlated with the oil film pressure and bearing capacity.However,the effect of rotational speed on both is relatively small.
