摘  要:针对航空燃气涡轮发动机工况,设计一种双端面刷式-迷宫组合密封装置。通过有限元数值分析方法研究该密封装置的压力和速度分布规律,并与航空燃气涡轮发动机使用的其他密封装置的密封性能进行比较,发现该装置密封性能更好。分析组合密封结构参数对密封性能的影响规律,并运用正交试验法对关键结构参数进行了优化。结果表明,结构参数对密封性能的影响程度由大到小依次为刷丝直径、刷丝倾斜角度、后挡板间隙、中间挡板间隙、刷丝束厚度、前挡板间隙。优化后的结构参数为:刷丝直径0.6 mm、刷丝倾斜角度30°、后挡板间隙1 mm、中间挡板间隙1 mm、刷丝束厚度4 mm、前挡板间隙4 mm。在发动机工况条件下,优化后的密封泄漏量为5.15 g/s,低于优化前的泄漏量17.76 g/s,优化效果良好。A double-end face brush-labyrinth sealing device was designed for the specific working conditions of aviation gas turbine engines.The pressure and velocity distribution of the sealing device were studied using finite element numerical analysis,and its sealing performance was compared with that of other sealing devices used in aviation gas turbine engines.It is found that this sealing device has better sealing performance.The results show that the combined sealing device exhibits better sealing performance.The influence of structural parameters on sealing performance was analyzed,and key structural parameters were optimized using the orthogonal test method.The results show that the influence of structural parameters on sealing performance is in the following order:brush diameter,cant angle of bristle,back plate clearance,middle plate clearance,bristle thickness,and front plate clearance.The optimized structural parameters are:brush diameter 0.6 mm,cant angle of bristle 30°,back plate clearance 1 mm,middle plate clearance 1 mm,bristle thickness 4 mm,and front plate clearance 4 mm.Under working conditions of aviation gas turbine engine,the sealing leakage after optimization is 5.15 g/s,significantly lower than the 17.76 g/s before optimization.
