摘  要:针对超高压石油井安全阀的使用工况,设计一款弹簧蓄能密封结构,采用有限元分析的方法分别研究介质压力为30~150 MPa工况下,密封夹套唇口数量对弹簧蓄能密封结构的影响规律;利用流固耦合数值仿真分析模型,求解不同介质压力下,不同唇口设计结构的泄漏量,并以泄漏量为密封性能的评价标准,对不同唇口数量的密封性能进行评判。结果表明:唇口数量越多,在高温高压工况下泄漏量的增长梯度越小,低介质压力下泄漏量值较大;对于150 MPa、200℃高温高压工况,双唇口结构为最佳的密封结构方案。Based on the operational conditions of safety valves in ultra-high-pressure oil wells,a spring-energized seal-ing structure was designed.The impact of varying lip numbers on the spring energy storage sealing structure was investiga-ted under medium-pressure conditions from 30 MPa to 150 MPa using finite element analysis method.A fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation analysis model was employed to determine the leakage rates of different lip structures under various pressures.The sealing performance of different lip numbers was evaluated using leakage rate as the performance in-dex.The results show that an increase in the number of lips results in a reduced leakage growth gradient under high-tem-perature and high-pressure conditions,whereas a higher leakage value is observed under lower medium pressures.Specific-ally,for high temperature and high pressure conditions of 150 MPa and 200℃C,the double lip structure is best sealing structure scheme.
