摘 要:为探究MoNiCu涂层作为载流部件保护涂层的耐磨性,采用激光熔覆技术在45CrNiMoVA钢表面制备MoNiCu涂层,分别以不锈钢440C、铝合金6061和黄铜H62作为配副,在不同电流强度和滑动速度下研究MoNiCu涂层的载流摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:制备的MoNiCu涂层主要包括Mo、Mo_(1.24)Ni_(0.76)、Cu_(0.81)Ni_(0.19)相,其结构致密,与基体为良好的冶金结合;随着电流强度和滑动速度的增大,MoNiCu涂层与3种摩擦副对摩时均表现出良好的载流摩擦磨损性能,磨损率可低至10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m)数量级;在高电流条件下,对摩球受热软化,摩擦过程中涂层表面出现摩擦膜,有效减小了涂层的磨损;当电流强度为17 A时,MoNiCu/440C摩擦副的磨损机制为磨粒磨损、电弧侵蚀和氧化磨损,MoNiCu/6061摩擦副的磨损机制为磨粒磨损、黏着磨损和轻微的氧化磨损,而MoNiCu/H62摩擦副的磨损机制为磨粒磨损和塑性变形。研究结果表明,配副材料对MoNiCu涂层载流摩擦磨损性能的影响与摩擦对偶的硬度和导热性紧密相关。In order to investigate the wear resistance of MoNiCu coating as a protective coating for current-carrying parts,MoNiCu coating was prepared on the surface of 45CrNiMoVA steel by laser cladding technology.The friction and wear performances of MoNiCu coating during current-carrying were studied under different current intensities and sliding velocities,with 440C,6061 and H62 as counterparts.The results show that the MoNiCu coating exhibits a dense microstructure,primarily consisting of Mo,Mo_(1.24) Ni_(0.76) and Cu_(0.81)Ni_(0.19) phases,and demonstrates excellent metallurgical bonding with the substrate.Under increasing current intensities and sliding velocities,the MoNiCu coating displays superior friction and wear performances against allthree friction pairs under current-carrying condition,with a wear rate as low as 10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m)order of magnitude.Under high current intensities,the grinding balls are softened,and a surface film is formed on the coating surface during the friction process,effectively reducing the wear of the coating.At a current intensity of 17 A,the wear mechanism of MoNiCu/440C friction pair is abrasive wear,arc erosion and oxidative wear,and that of MoNiCu/6061 friction pair is abrasive wear,adhesive wear and slight oxidative wear,while the wear mechanism of MoNiCu/H62 friction pair is abrasive wear and plastic deformation.The findings underscore that the influence of counter materials on the current-carrying friction and wear performance of MoNiCu coatings is closely related to the hardness and thermal conductivity of the friction pair.
