摘  要:配流副是斜轴式液压马达的重要摩擦副,配流副的油膜存在不均匀温度场和压力场,影响到配流盘的形变,从而改变配流副的摩擦特性。过大的形变将严重影响液压马达工作效率及使用寿命。以某型号斜轴式液压马达为例,采用计算流体力学和流固热多物理场耦合仿真,模拟计算球面配流盘在不同结构参数与配合间隙下的流场特性,在考虑黏温效应下计算出油膜在额定最大转速下的压力场与温度场;将得到的压力与温度作为初始条件,对配流盘进行力学仿真,求解出配流盘表面形变分布。结果表明:配流盘形变最大值处位于高压区,其次为过渡区域;温度对形变的影响要大于压力的影响,同时油膜厚度的增加也会导致最大形变的增加。通过调整配流窗口半径、阻尼槽宽度以及配流盘表面半径,对配流副结构进行仿真,并根据仿真结果进行响应面优化。结果表明:表面半径取210 mm,阻尼槽宽度取3.8 mm,配流窗口半径取73.5和36.5 mm时所产生的形变最小。The valve plate pair is a critical friction component of the bent-axis hydraulic motor,and the valve pair experiences uneven temperature and pressure fields,which affect the deformation of the valve plate,thereby altering the friction characteristics of the valve pair.Excessive deformation can significantly impact the working efficiency and service life of the hydraulic motor.As an example,a specific type of bent-axis hydraulic motor was selected.Using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and fluid-structure-thermal multi-physical field coupling simulation methods,the flow field characteristics of the spherical valve plate under different structural parameters and clearances were simulated,and the pressure and temperature fields of the oil film at the rated maximum speed were calculated,taking into account the viscosity-temperature effect.Using these results as initial conditions,mechanical simulations were performed to analyze the deformation distribution of the valve plate surface.The results indicate that the maximum deformation of the valve plate occurs in the highpressure area,followed by the transition region.The influence of temperature on deformation is greater than that of pressure,and an increase in oil film thickness also leads to an increase in maximum deformation.Through parametric simulations,the radius of the distribution window,the damping slot width,and the radius of the valve plate surface were adjusted.Using response surface methodology,the parameters were optimized based on simulation results.It is found that the minimum deformation occurs when the surface radius is 210 mm,the damping slot width is 3.8 mm,and the radial sizes of the distribution windows are 73.5 mm and 36.5 mm.
