摘  要:V形组合密封圈作为大型液压机内主油缸主要密封形式之一,具有低泄漏、可靠性高等优点。基于ABAQUS软件对大型液压机V形组合密封进行有限元分析,采用压力渗透法解决压力接触边界不准确问题,分析高压下V形组合密封应力分布及受力情况。通过改变过盈量、唇高及唇口夹角等参数,分析不同结构参数对唇口接触应力及反向泵回率的影响规律。计算结果表明:接触应力、接触宽度与过盈量和唇高成正比,与唇口夹角成反比;唇口夹角对于改善接触宽度具有最显著效果,唇高对接触应力峰值具有最显著影响;增加过盈量及唇口夹角均不利于提高密封性能,当唇口夹角为10°时,密封环将发生失效;而唇高对密封性能影响很小可忽略。研究结果对V形组合密封结构的优化设计提供理论参考。As one of the main sealing forms of the main cylinder in large hydraulic press,V-shaped combined seal ring has the advantages of low leakage and high reliability.Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis of V-type combined seal of large hydraulic press was carried out.The pressure penetration method was used to solve the problem of inaccurate pressure contact boundary,and the stress distribution and force of V-type combined seal under high pressure were analyzed.By changing the interference,lip height,lip angle and other parameters,the influence of different structural parameters on lip contact stress and reverse pump return rate was analyzed.The calculation results show that the contact stress and contact width are directly proportional to the interference and lip height,and inversely proportional to the lip angle.The lip angle has the most significant effect on improving the contact width,and the lip height has the most significant effect on the peak value of contact stress.Increasing the amount of interference and the lip angle are non-conducive to increasing the sealing performance.When the included angle of the lip is 10°,the seal ring will fail.The effect of lip height on sealing performance is negligible.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of V-type combined seal.
