摘  要:针对目前油气田超高温高压井的恶劣工况条件,采用NiTiHf高温超弹性合金材料替代橡胶材料设计一种封隔器新型金属密封件。通过高温压缩试验研究NiTiHf合金高温超弹性本构模型参数,运用ABAQUS软件建立高温高压下V形密封件及其组件的数值模型,探究坐封载荷、温度和结构参数对V形金属密封件密封性能的影响规律。结果表明:坐封载荷是影响密封件密封性能的重要因素,在保证密封件结构强度的情况下应尽量增大坐封载荷;采用NiTiHf密封件的封隔器能够承受209℃高温、130 MPa压差,满足高温高压井下密封要求,但随着温度的升高,密封件的承载能力大大降低;增大密封面曲率半径可以有效地减小密封面泄漏,提高密封件的密封性能;开口角度决定了密封件与套管之间的间隙,为确保封隔器能够安全插入套管中,应选择较大的开口角度。该研究为高温高压井下封隔器的金属密封结构设计提供了参考。In view of the harsh working conditions of ultra-high temperature and high pressure wells in oil and gas fields,a new type of metal seal for packer was designed by using high temperature hyperelastic alloy material NiTiHf instead of rubber.The high temperature super-elastic constitutive model parameters of NiTiHf alloy were studied by high temperature compression test.The numerical model of V-shaped seal and its components under high temperature and high pressure was established by ABAQUS software,and the influence of setting pressure,temperature and structural parameters on the sealing performance of V-shaped metal seal was explored.The results show that the setting pressure is an important factor affecting the sealing performance of the seal,and the setting pressure should be increased as much as possible under the condition of ensuring the structural strength of the seal.The packer with NiTiHf seal can withstand 209°C high temperature and 130 MPa pressure difference,which meets the requirements of high temperature and high pressure downhole sealing.However,with the increase of temperature,the bearing capacity of the seal is greatly reduced.Increasing the radius of curvature of the sealing surface can effectively reduce the leakage of the sealing surface and improve the sealing performance of the seal.The opening angle determines the gap between the seal and the casing.In order to ensure that the packer can be safely inserted into the casing,a larger opening angle should be selected.This study provides a reference for the design of metal sealing structure of high temperature and high pressure downhole packer.
