摘 要:为研究复合维生素纳米乳与獭兔生长性能、肉用性能及繁殖性能间的关系,选择30日龄、体重相仿的獭兔120只,随机分为4组,A组为对照组,试验组B、C、D分别添加0.5、1.0、1.5mL/kg复合维生素纳米乳。结果表明:添加纳米乳对獭兔生长性能、肉用性能及繁殖性能均有改善,B组与A组各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05),C组和D组獭兔的末重、平均日增重、料重比、体重与A组差异显著(P<0.05),且D组较C组料重比略有增加,平均日采食量随纳米乳添加量增加而略有提高,但与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),C组肉骨比显著高于A组(P<0.05),D组肉骨比较C组有所下降,除初生窝重外,C组母兔的受胎率、平均产仔数、21日龄窝重及断奶窝重均极显著高于A组(P<0.01),D组繁殖指标均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。综合分析,在正常饲喂日粮的基础上,补充1.0mL/kg复合维生素纳米乳对獭兔生长性能、肉用性能及繁殖性能方面效果最佳。To investigate the relationship between compound vitamin nanoemulsion and growth performance,meat quality characteristics,and reproductive performance of Rex rabbits,120 Rex rabbits aged 30-day with similar body weights were randomly divided into 4 groups.Group A served as the control group,while experimental groups B,C,and D received supplemental doses of 0.5,1.0,and 1.5 mL/kg compound vitamin nanoemulsion,respectively.The results showed that nanoemulsion supplementation improved growth performance,meat quality characteristics,and reproductive performance in Rex rabbits.No significant differences were observed between Group B and the control group(P>0.05)across all indicators.Groups C and D demonstrated significant differences(P<0.05)compared to Group A in final weight,average daily gain,feed conversion ratio,and carcass weight.Although the feed conversion ratio in Group D slightly increased compared to Group C,the average daily feed intake showed a gradual improvement with increasing nanoemulsion dosage,though not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).The meat-to-bone ratio in Group C was significantly higher than in Group A(P<0.05),while Group D showed a decrease compared to Group C.Except for birth litter weight,Group C exhibited significantly higher conception rate,average litter size,21-day litter weight,and weaning litter weight compared to Group A(P<0.01).All reproductive indicators in Group D were significantly higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Comprehensive analysis suggests that supplementation with 1.0 mL/kg compound vitamin nanoemulsion in standard dietary regimens yields optimal effects on growth performance,meat quality characteristics,and reproductive performance in Rex rabbits.
