摘　　要：Spastic pelvic floor syndrome(SPFS)refers to the inability of pelvic floor muscles to coordinate relaxation or even abnormal contraction during defecation,resulting in obstructed rectal emptying.Prominent symptoms include constipation,pelvic pain,and a sensation of rectal blockage.
