摘 要:工业炉作为炼油化工行业的核心设备之一,其设计与制造正经历从传统二维图纸向三维数字化设计的转型。本文以某石化项目为例,探讨多软件数字协同设计在工业炉设计中的应用,并介绍STAAD.Pro、Tekla Structures、AutoCAD、SP3D等软件的协同设计方法及实践经验。最终通过实现数字化交付,提高工业炉设计的效率和精确度,缩短项目周期,从而推动工业炉设计的数字化进程,并增强工程项目的市场竞争力。As one of the core pieces of equipment in the petrochemical industry,the design and manufacturing of industrial furnaces are undergoing a transformation from traditional two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional digital design.Taking a petrochemical project as an example,this paper explores the application of multi-software digital collaborative design in the furnace design,introduces the collaborative design methods and practical experience of STAAD.Pro,Tekla Structures,AutoCAD,and SP3D sofware.Ultimately,through digital delivery,the efficiency and accuracy of industrial furnace design are improved,shortening the project cycle,promoting the digitalization process of industrial furnace design and enhancing the market competitiveness of engineering projects.
