摘　　要：通过剖析某海外锂电负极材料烧结辊道窑设计案例,就辊道窑的窑体、砌筑、加热、冷却、气氛打入、尾气处理、传动、置换、输送线等主要组成部分逐一进行分解说明,总结了锂电负极材料烧结辊道窑设计与选型计算要点,为类似锂电窑设计特别是前期的方案设计提供可行的参考和快速的指引。Through the analysis of a design case of an overseas lithium battery negative electrode material sintering roller kiln,the main components of the roller kiln,including the kiln frame,refractory masonry,heating,cooling,atmosphere injection system,exhaust gas treatment system,transmission system,air shower and conveyor line,etc.,are decomposed and explained one by one.The key points of design and selection calculation for lithium battery negative electrode material sintering roller kiln are summarized,which provides feasible references and quick guidance for similar lithium battery kiln design,especially in the early stage of scheme design.
