摘  要:通过分析国内外PDH反应炉的用后残砖,研究衬里材料发生片状剥落和高温下侵蚀变形等损毁的原因。结果表明:材料中铁元素的存在和反应炉氧化、还原气氛更替的工况造成微观结构的体积变化和碳沉积爆燃,引起耐火材料的表层结构损坏,造成衬里材料发生片状剥落;由于催化剂与衬里材料直接接触,在烧焦时因局部高温和催化剂成分的影响,导致衬里材料发生高温侵蚀变形。By analyzing the residual bricks of PDH reactors both domestically and internationally,the causes of damage such as flaking and erosion deformation at high temperature for lining materials are studied.The results show that the presence of iron elements in the material and the replacement of oxidizing and reducing atmospheres in the reactor cause the volume changes of microstructure and the deflagration of carbon deposition,resulting in damage to the surface structure of the refractory material and causing flaky peeling of the lining material.Due to direct contact between the catalyst and the lining material,the lining material undergoes high-temperature erosion deformation during charring because of the influence of local high temperatures and catalyst composition.
