摘 要:以民机副翼作动器为研究对象,搭建电静液作动器EHA的热仿真模型,对其作动筒、泵、阀、管路、电动机、驱动器等核心部件的热载荷进行计算与分析。针对其中对电机控制器散热设计影响最大的电机制动热载荷,设计一种制动能量回馈抑制油路,通过将来自于舵面的制动载荷消耗在液压和机械环节,降低传导至电机控制器的制动能量,进而降低其散热需求,从而提高作动器整体功率密度。该制动能量回馈抑制油路对作动器的静、动态输出特性无影响。基于舵面应用工况设计典型载荷谱,通过仿真分析验证了该设计方案对降低电机控制器热载荷的有效性。The thermal model of an EHA used for wide body civil aircraft aileron was constructed and its thermal characteristics was simulated and analyzed.The key components including the actuator cylinder,pump,valve,pipes,electric motor and controller were considered.Based on the simulation results,the motor brake thermal load is found having the greatest influence on the cooling design of motor controller.In order to decrease this kind of thermal load,a braking energy feedback suppression circuit was designed.In this design,the braking energy fed back from flight control surface was almost intercepted by hydraulic valve and converted to heat,then dissipated by the actuator mechanical parts.The rest energy was fed back to motor controller and converted to heat on the electric brake resistance.By this design,the volume and weight of motor controller could be smaller,and the EHA system power density could be improved.Based on simulations,the braking energy feedback suppression circuit has no influence on the static and dynamic performance of the actuator.Then a kind of aileron actuator load was concluded as the simulation inputs.The simulation results show that the design scheme has good effect on reducing the motor controller thermal load,especially under large load condition.
