摘 要:内曲线液压马达柱塞副的运动规律完全取决于导轨曲线形式。为了设计出性能优异的内曲线,介绍液压马达柱塞副组件的基本构成及工作原理。在忽略一些影响较小作用力的基础上,对柱塞副组件进行受力分析,并采用幅角函数法推导滚轮-导轨副接触力方程。通过分析滚轮-导轨副接触状态,确认该接触满足赫兹理论应用条件。运用弹性接触赫兹理论,同时编制MATLAB程序求解等接触应力曲线隐式微分方程组。最后,明确影响内曲线性能的基本参数,采用控制变量法分析极径初值对关键工作参数的影响,并在此基础上选取合理初值设计出十作用液压马达内曲线。结果表明:极径初值三阶导数对内曲线性能影响可忽略;随着一阶与二阶导数增加,滚轮与导轨接触点极径逐渐增大;随着一阶导数增加,理论曲线的连续性就变差,有效接触角减小,柱塞-滚轮副行程先增大后减小,滚轮与导轨间接触应力不断减小;随着二阶导数增加,柱塞-滚轮副行程逐渐增大,滚轮与导轨间接触应力变化不明显。The law of motion of the piston pair of an inner curves hydraulic motor depends entirely on the guide curves type.In order to design the inner curves with excellent performance,the basic composition and the working principle of the piston subassembly in the hydraulic motor were introduced.The force analysis of the piston subassembly was carried out on the basis of ignoring some less influential forces,and the contact force equations of the roller-guide subassembly was deduced by using the method of the vice-angle function.The contact state of the roller-guide pair was analysed,and it was confirmed that the contact met the conditions for the application of Hertzian theory.The Hertzian theory of elastic contact was further applied to solve the system of implicit differential equations of equal contact stress curves by using the MATLAB program at the same time.Finally,the basic parameters affecting the performance of the inner curve were clarified,and the influence of the initial value of the pole diameter on the key operating parameters was analysed by the control variable method.On the basis of which a reasonable initial value was selected to design the inner curves of the ten-action hydraulic motor.The results show that the third-order derivatives of the initial value of the polar diameter has a negligible effect on the performance of the inner curves.With the increase of the first-order and second-order derivatives,the roller and the guideway contact point polar diameter gradually increases.With the increase of the first-order derivatives,the continuity of the theoretical curves is the worse,the effective contact angle is the smaller,the piston-roller pair stroke is firstly increasing and then decreasing,and the contact stresses between rollers and guide is continuously reduced.With the increase of the second-order derivatives,the piston-roller pair stroke is gradually increasing,and the contact stresses between rollers and guide doesn′t change obvious.
