摘  要:基于Instron VHS高速材料试验机,针对冲击试验在高加载速率下无法完成对含裂纹金属材料的动态断裂韧性试验,设计一套快速脱靶装置,以辅助动态材料试验机完成被试件的冲击和拉伸试验。绘制脱靶装置的三维模型,并建立二通插装阀的理论模型。基于AMESim软件,搭建液压系统仿真模型,对液压系统全过程进行仿真分析。最后,搭建样机性能试验测试平台,对该装置进行验证。结果表明:弹射脱靶装置的脱靶距离达到50 mm,且系统工作压力为25.5 MPa,能提供足够的支撑力;能实现2 ms快速脱靶2 mm的要求,满足材料试验机的指标要求。Based on Instron VHS high speed material testing machine,a fast miss device was designed to assist dynamic material testing machine to complete the impact and tensile tests of metal materials with cracks under high loading rate.The 3D model of the miss device was drawn,and the theoretical model of the two-way cartridge valve was established.The hydraulic system simulation model was built based on AMESim software,and the whole process of the hydraulic system was simulated and analyzed.Finally,the prototype performance test platform was built to verify the miss device.The results show that the miss distance of the ejection miss device can reach 50 mm,and the working pressure of the system is 25.5 MPa,which can provide enough supporting force.The miss time of the ejection miss device is less than 2 ms for a distance 2 mm.It meets the index requirements of the material testing machine.
