摘 要:为了研究不同结构桥塞对套管力学行为的影响规律,保证桥塞的坐封效果,通过理论分析、有限元模拟和试验研究,探讨了铣齿式和镶齿结构卡瓦对P110和P125套管力学性能的影响。基于桥塞卡瓦与套管间的相互作用关系,推导了卡瓦与套管间的支持力和摩擦力,并对P110和P125套管材料进行拉伸试验。采用有限元方法模拟铣齿式和镶齿式结构卡瓦下入套管的力学行为,并通过试验验证了两种卡瓦结构的坐封效果。结果表明:铣齿式卡瓦坐封力为85~210 kN时,套管最大应力为780 MPa,套管变形比较严重,且变形方向由内向外扩展,当坐封压力超过210 kN时,卡瓦才能有效坐封套管;镶齿式硬质合金卡瓦在坐封压力为85~210 kN时,接触压力呈锯齿状变化,齿痕较深,能够牢固坐封套管。试验进一步验证了镶齿式硬质合金卡瓦在P110和P125套管中的咬合效果显著优于铣齿式卡瓦;采用硬质合金型卡瓦替代铣齿式卡瓦,可有效达到坐封效果。In order to study the influence law of different structure bridge plugs on the mechanical behavior of casing and ensure the sealing effect of bridge plugs,the influence of milled gear and inserted gear slip on the mechanical properties of P110 and P125 casing was discussed through theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and experimental research.Based on the interaction between slip and casing of bridge plug,the supporting force and friction force between slip and casing were deduced,and the tensile tests of P110 and P125 casing materials were carried out.The finite element method was used to simulate the mechanical behavior of milled and inserted structures slip into casing,and the sealing effects of the two slip structures were verified by experiments.The results show that when the sealing force of milling slip is from 85 kN to 210 kN,the maximum stress of the casing is 780 MPa,and the casing deformation is serious,and the deformation direction expands from inside to outside.When the sealing pressure exceeds 210 kN,the slip can effectively seat the casing.When the sealing pressure of the inserted cemented carbide slip is from 85 kN to 210 kN,the contact pressure changes in serrated shape,and the tooth marks are deep,so it can firmly seat the sleeve.The experiment further verifies that the occlusal effect of inserted cemented carbide slip in P110 and P125 sleeves is significantly better than that of milled slip.Using cemented carbide slip instead of milling slip can effectively achieve the sealing effect.
