摘  要:铸牢中华民族共同体意识社会育人体系是一项多元参与、多因互动、多维统合的复杂系统工程。首先,研究将社会整合理论作为理论框架,以文化整合为基准点、规范整合为着力点、功能整合为落脚点,深入阐述构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识社会育人体系的逻辑理路。其次,细致分析当前铸牢中华民族共同体意识社会教育所面临的理念引领不力、治理效能不佳、发展动力不足等现实困境。最后,以此为基,提出构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识社会育人体系的实践理路,即以文化整合构筑守正创新的理念共同体、以规范整合构筑共建共育的治理共同体、以功能整合构筑多元统整的发展共同体。研究旨在开启铸牢中华民族共同体意识社会教育的新篇章,引领铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育工作迈向高质量发展的新征程。The social education system for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is a complex system engineering project involving multiple participation,multi-factor interaction,and multi-dimensional integration.The article employs social integration theory as the theoretical framework,with cultural integration as the baseline,normative integration as the focal point,and functional integration as the endpoint,to elaborately expound the logical essence of constructing the social education system for the sense of Chinese national community.It meticulously analyzes the current dilemmas faced by the social education in fostering the sense of community for the Chinese nation,such as ineffective ideological guidance,poor governance efficiency,and insufficient development momentum.On this basis,the article proposes a practical approach for building the system,which involves constructing a community of ideas that upholds integrity and innovation through cultural integration,a community of governance that fosters co-construction and co-education through normative integration,and a community of development that integrates diversity through functional integration.The aim is to open a new era for the social education of fostering the sense of community for the Chinese nation and lead the educational efforts toward a new journey of high-quality development.
