摘 要:地下建筑防水是建筑领域长期面临的难题,传统防水设计主要依赖材料封堵,效果有限且后期维护成本较高。通过分析当前地下建筑防水原理,提出免防水地下建筑的设计理念。结合山地基地的地质特性,探讨了通过构造设计实现免防水地下建筑理念的可行性,旨在满足地下建筑室内无水的使用要求。该设计充分利用地下建筑的地质特点,确保建筑在良好状态下长期使用。免防水设计通过“疏”而非“堵”的方式,有效解决了地下水渗漏问题,减少了后期维护成本,为山地及类似地质条件下的地下建筑提供了经济实用的解决方案。Waterproofing of underground buildings has long been a challenging issue in the architectural field.Traditional waterproofing design mainly relies on material sealing,with limited effectiveness and high post-construction maintenance costs.By analyzing the current principles of underground building waterproofing,a design concept for waterproofing-exempt underground buildings is proposed.Combining the geological characteristics of mountainous sites,the feasibility of achieving a waterproofing-exempt underground building system through structural design is explored,aiming to meet the usage requirements of water-free interiors in underground buildings.This design fully leverages the geological features of underground buildings to ensure their long-term use in good condition.The waterproofing-exempt design effectively addresses the issue of groundwater leakage through"drainage"rather than"blocking",reducing post-construction maintenance costs and providing an economically practical solution for underground buildings in mountainous and similar geological conditions.
