摘 要:从低碳视角出发,系统构建了建筑工程全生命周期的碳排放与造价均衡优化模型,旨在实现节能减排与经济效益的双重目标。通过选取实际工程项目作为案例,分阶段展示了模型在设计阶段方案比选优化及施工阶段工艺调整中的应用。采用XGBoost算法构建碳排放与造价预测模型,并结合蚁群算法进行多目标优化,计算不同方案下的碳排放量与造价成本,运用模拟仿真技术进行深入分析。结果表明,该模型能够有效平衡碳排放与造价,为建筑工程的低碳设计和施工管理提供科学依据,推动建筑行业的可持续发展。From a low-carbon perspective,this study systematically constructs an equilibrium optimization model for carbon emissions and costs throughout the entire life cycle of construction projects,aiming to achieve dual objectives of energy conservation,emission reduction,and economic efficiency.By selecting actual construction projects as case studies,the application of the model in scheme comparison and optimization during the design phase and process adjustment during the construction phase is demonstrated in stages.The XGBoost algorithm is employed to build prediction models for carbon emissions and costs,which are then combined with the ant colony algorithm for multi-objective optimization.Carbon emissions and cost under different schemes are calculated,and simulation technology is used for in-depth analysis.The results indicate that the model can effectively balance carbon emissions and costs,providing a scientific basis for low-carbon design and construction management of construction projects.
