摘  要:为了优化建筑外墙和屋面的保温效果以提高保温性能,利用泡沫混凝土保温板,开展了建筑外墙和屋面泡沫混凝土保温板施工技术研究。首先,设计泡沫混凝土保温板材料配比,生产一定数量的保温板样品;其次,做好建筑外墙面和屋面的基层处理工作,保证基层清洁、整齐;利用激光仪定位弹线,确定建筑外墙和屋面的基准线,粘贴保温板;在锚固板边缘或交叉处,固定锚固件,提升保温板的稳定性;最后,进行不少于7 d的保温板外墙和屋面养护,确保外墙和屋面保温施工效果与后续使用安全。结果表明,该技术应用后,建筑外墙和屋面导热系数最大不超过0.08 W/m·K,保温性能最好,可以更好地保持建筑物的温度稳定,具有良好的保温效果。In order to optimize the insulation effect of building exterior walls and roofs and improve their thermal insulation performance,research was conducted on the construction technology of foam concrete insulation boards for building exterior walls and roofs using foam concrete insulation boards.Firstly,the material ratio of foam concrete insulation boards was designed,and a certain number of insulation board samples were produced.Secondly,the base layer treatment of building exterior walls and roofs was carried out to ensure that the base layer was clean and tidy.Laser instruments were used to position and snap lines,determining the reference lines for building exterior walls and roofs,and insulation boards were pasted.At the edges or intersections of the anchoring plates,anchoring components were fixed to enhance the stability of the insulation boards.Finally,maintenance of the insulation boards on exterior walls and roofs was conducted for no less than 7 days to ensure the insulation construction effect and subsequent use safety of the exterior walls and roofs.The results showed that after the application of this technology,the maximum thermal conductivity of building exterior walls and roofs did not exceed 0.08 W/m·K,achieving the best thermal insulation performance,better maintaining the temperature stability of the building,and demonstrating good insulation effects.
