摘 要:随着城市化的持续推进,建筑工程中产生的废弃泥浆数量激增,其高稠度特性导致自然干化困难,直接排放易引发环境污染问题。为响应绿色可持续发展理念,推动泥浆减量化、资源化、无害化处理,福建省制定了工程建设地方标准DBJ/T 13-417—2023《工程泥浆技术标准》。该标准为福建省工程泥浆的全生命周期管理提供了技术依据,对规范施工、保护环境、推动资源循环利用具有重要意义。为便于理解标准条款的具体含义,正确执行标准的具体要求,详细介绍了该标准的编制背景和意义,对标准主要内容与技术要点进行了解释和说明,以推动标准的有效实施,助力“无废城市”建设。With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the amount of waste mud generated in construction projects has surged.Its high consistency makes natural drying difficult,and direct discharge can easily lead to environmental pollution issues.In response to the concept of green and sustainable development,and to promote the reduction,resourceful utilization,and harmlessness treatment of mud,Fujian Province has formulated the local engineering construction standard DBJ/T 13-417—2023 Technical Specification for Engineering Mud.This standard provides a technical basis for the full life cycle management of engineering mud in Fujian Province,and is of great significance for standardizing construction,protecting the environment,and promoting resource recycling.To facilitate comprehension of the specific meanings of the standard provisions and ensure correct implementation of the specific requirements of the standard,a detailed introduction is provided on the background and significance of the standard's formulation,with explanations and clarifications given on the main content and technical points of the standard,so as to promote its effective implementation and contribute to the construction of a"zero-waste city".
