河北省区域装配式建筑水平评价及发展策略研究

摘　　要：近年,装配式建筑得到长足发展,但相关评价指标体系还未完全建立,并需进一步明确发展策略。通过中国知网和Web of Science文献数据库检索关键词,查阅并整理相关影响指标,采用德尔菲专家调查法筛选指标,最终构建了区域装配式建筑发展水平评价指标体系。该体系包括政策完善水平、生产及建造能力水平、技术及创新水平等五大维度,涵盖政策发布数量、构件厂数量、人才队伍建设水平、装配式建筑施工企业数量等10个具体指标。以河北省为实证研究对象,对其下辖的11个市进行微观研究,运用层次分析法确定指标权重,并采用TOPSIS法对各市进行排序。研究结果确定了河北省11个市装配式建筑发展水平的排名,并将其划分为4个等级;同时,确立了河北省装配式建筑发展的3个中心,并提出了“点-线-面”的发展策略,以期提升装配式建筑的整体发展水平。In recent years,prefabricated buildings have witnessed significant development;however,the relevant evaluation index system has not yet been fully established,and development strategies need further clarification.By retrieving keywords from the CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)and Web of Science literature databases,consulting and collating relevant influencing indicators,and employing the Delphi expert survey method to screen indicators,an evaluation index system for the development level of regional prefabricated buildings was ultimately constructed.This system includes five major dimensions,such as policy perfection level,production and construction capacity level,and technology and innovation level,encompassing 10 specific indicators,including the number of policy releases,the number of component factories,the level of talent team building,and the number of prefabricated building construction enterprises.Taking Hebei Province as the empirical research object,a microscopic study was conducted on its 11 subordinate cities.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weights of the indicators,and the TOPSIS method was employed to rank the cities.The research results determined the ranking of the development level of prefabricated buildings in the 11 cities of Hebei Province and divided them into four grades.Meanwhile,three centers for the development of prefabricated buildings in Hebei Province were identified,and a"point-linesurface"development strategy was proposed to enhance the overall development level of prefabricated buildings.
