摘  要:将预制薄壁超高性能混凝土管片应用于城市地下排水管渠加固时,管片接头连接件性能对装配式衬砌整体性能的影响尤为关键。以长沙市某渠道加固项目为研究案例,通过与实验进行比对建立符合实际的有限元模型,并针有限元模型在相同荷载作用下的接头混凝土应变、跨中荷载挠度应变、拼接螺栓应变、拼接试件钢筋应变与实验结果进行对比,经过对比后发现有限元模型能够较好地反映实验结果,可以利用模型进行进一步分析。When applying prefabricated thin-walled ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)segments to the reinforcement of urban underground drainage canals,the performance of segment joint connectors plays a particularly critical role in the overall performance of the assembled lining.Taking a canal reinforcement project in Changsha City as a case study,a realistic finite element model(FEM)was established through comparison with experimental data.The model was then used to compare the joint concrete strain,midspan load deflection strain,spliced bolt strain,and spliced specimen reinforcement strain under the same loading conditions with the experimental results.It was found that the finite element model could accurately reflect the experimental results,enabling further analysis using the model.
