市政工程下穿道矩形顶管的施工技术研究

摘  要:结合重庆两江新区花沟片区路网道路及配套工程中1号路及金渝大道花沟段改造工程下穿道矩形顶管施工的实践经验,对矩形顶管施工技术进行了详细分析和总结。首先介绍了矩形顶管法的基本原理及其在地下有限空间应用中的优势,随后详细阐述了工程概况、矩形顶管机的选择、施工方案的实施、顶管施工测量及纠偏等关键环节。通过工程实践,提出了在顶管作业进洞或出洞前做好端头土体加固、合理安排应急物资投入和危险源识别、严格按信息法进行施工等建议,以确保工程的质量、进度、投资和安全目标。Based on the practical experience in the construction of rectangular pipe jacking for underpasses in the reconstruction project of No.1 Road and the Huagou section of Jinyu Avenue within the road network and supporting projects in the Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing,a detailed summary and analysis of rectangular pipe jacking construction technology were conducted.The paper first introduces the basic principles of the rectangular pipe jacking method and its advantages in applications within confined underground spaces.Subsequently,it elaborates on key aspects such as project overview,selection of rectangular pipe jacking machines,implementation of construction plans,pipe jacking construction measurement,and deviation correction.Through engineering practice,recommendations are proposed,including reinforcing the soil mass at the end before the pipe jacking enters or exits the tunnel,reasonably arranging emergency material input and hazard source identification,and strictly following the information-based construction method,to ensure the project's quality,progress,investment,and safety objectives.
