摘  要:以1台15 t/h掺氢燃气蒸汽锅炉为例,对燃气分别按热值份额掺氢10%、20%、30%时,分析碳排放、耗气量及锅炉热效率的变化,同时研究掺氢燃烧的风险识别及控制,论述掺氢燃烧锅炉在设计过程中的注意事项及变化。Taking a 15 t/h hydrogen mixed gas-fired steam boiler as an example,the changes in carbon emissions,gas consumption,and boiler thermal efficiency were analyzed when the gas was mixed with 10%,20%,and 30% hydrogen according to its calorific value.At the same time,the risk identification and control of hydrogen mixed combustion were studied,and the precautions and changes in the design process of hydrogen mixed combustion boilers were discussed.
