摘 要:由于烟气中粉尘含量大,流速测量探头的测压口易被堵塞。传统反吹装置虽有效,但设计复杂且依赖PLC或DCS控制系统,限制了技术资源有限的工厂应用。提出了两种简化方案:一种采用时间循环继电器替代PLC或DCS,实现定期吹扫;另一种通过引入换向阀,降低系统复杂性并提升安全性。这些方案降低了成本与实现难度,为实际工况提供了更简便可靠的解决方案。Due to the high dust content in the flue gas,the pressure measuring port of the flow rate measurement probe is easily blocked.Although the traditional backflush device is effective,its design is complex and it relies on PLC or DCS control systems,which limits its application in factories with limited technical resources.Two simplified solutions have been proposed:one uses a time cycle relay instead of PLC or DCS to achieve regular purging;another approach is to reduce system complexity and enhance safety by introducing directional valves.These solutions reduce costs and implementation difficulties,and provide simpler and more reliable solutions for actual working conditions.
