摘  要:本文基于责任共担视角,即云服务提供商和用户共同承担服务中断损失,并有意愿共同为提高云服务可用性而努力,研究了云服务提供商(CSP)及用户多主体合作的最优资源配置策略及决策问题。本研究依托信息经济学、博弈论等理论方法,考虑了CSP与用户间独立努力和协同努力两种责任共担模式,以CSP利润最大化为目标构建了两种情景下的博弈模型,探究了CSP的最优责任共担模式选择问题,以及CSP和用户的双侧协同云服务可用性努力决策。研究发现:随着CSP责任占比的下降,基础云服务质量的提高或中断损失的加重,CSP更有可能从独立努力模式转向协同努力模式。本研究进一步探索了CSP的责任占比对双方努力互动行为的影响。在独立努力模式下,其责任占比的增加会促使双方共同减少云服务可用性努力投入;在协同努力模式下,即使用户减少努力投入,CSP依然会增加对云服务可用性努力的投入。Smart city is a new paradigm for present-day urbanization,and cloud services are the key infrastructure for smart city operations.However,the disruptions of smart city services as a result of cloud computing service outages occur frequently.One of challenges for cloud service providers(CSP)is to develop new resource allocation strategies to improve the availability of cloud services.An important feature of cloud services is the shared responsibility:the CSP and users both share the consequences of service outages,and both have incentives to maintain service availability.From the perspective of multi-agent cooperation resource allocation strategy between the CSP and users for service availability maintenance,this study investigates two types of shared responsibility models,i.e.,the conventional independent effort model and the new collaborative effort model.Relying on the theoretical approaches of information economics and game theory,this study considers two models of shared-responsibility between the CSP and users.With the objective of CSP's profit maximization,we construct the game-theoretical models and solve them using backward induction.Based on the equilibrium results,we explore the market conditions of CSP's optimal shared-responsibility model selection and the two-side collaborative availability effort decisions of the CSP and users.The main findings of this study are as follows.First,it is found that the CSP should shift from the independent effort model to the collaborative effort model as the CSp's responsibility ratio reduces,service base quality improves and the downtime loss increases.Second,this study further explores the impact of the CSp's responsibility ratio on the effort interaction of both parties:(1)in the independent effort model,an increase in its responsibility ratio drives both parties to jointly reduce the availability effort;(2)in the collaborative effort model,even when the users reduce their effort,the CSP will increase its availability effort.In this paper,we innovatively conduct th
