摘  要:机场电动无人驾驶车辆应用有助于减少碳排放,促进机场数智化建设。本文研究了与航班准点率及旅客行程体验密切相关的采用无人驾驶的摆渡车及行李车的机场电动地勤车辆调度问题。在满足航班服务时间窗,并允许车辆在航班服务过程中进行全额或部分充电的条件下,建立了以最小化机场车辆运营成本及航班服务时间为目标的混合整数线性规划模型,结合航班服务等待时间最小化机制,设计了以Gurobi航班服务时序轮转法为基础的TR_SWT贪心算法。在数值实验中,采用北京首都国际机场的实际运营数据,通过灵敏度分析,指出了合理地控制行李车速度,有利于兼顾安全及运营收益,并基于小规模算例及实际算例测试了模型的合理性及方法的有效性,证明了所提出的方法在减少航班延迟服务方面具有优越性,可为机场地勤车辆调度的绿色与数智化运营提供理论借鉴。The flight ground support operations are a complex system engineering.It is assisted by various types of airport ground special vehicles.Among them,shuttle buses and baggage cars are closely related to flight punctuality and passenger experience.Currently,shuttle buses and luggage carts are still mainly driven manually and fueled by fuel in some domestic airports.The high-intensity transportation of special vehicles in airports not only requires matching with more labor costs but also exacerbates the emission of automobile exhaust.The innovation of digital technology has promoted the development of autonomous electric vehicles.Its promotion can effectively save the investment of airport human resources and promote the construction of green airports.This research focuses on the future development of transportation and starts from the perspective of digital intelligence and low-carbon operation.The scheduling of airport autonomous electric vehicles,i.e.,shuttle buses and baggage cars is explored.It aims to reduce the phenomenon of delayed flight services and improve the passenger experience.The ground service operations for single and multiple types of vehicles are described.The vehicle routing problems with time windows are considered and vehicles are allowed to charge in full or in part during the flight service process.Mixed integer linear programming models with the goal of minimizing airport vehicle operating costs and flight service time are formulated.Vehicle scheduling tasks,paths,travel time,and travel power consumption constraints,etc.,are considered.According to the actual operational data of Beijing Capital International Airport and the flight set division,the service timing rotation method based on Gurobi is developed.Further,combined with the mechanism of minimizing flight service waiting time,a greedy algorithm TR_SWT is designed.Research results:the travel and power changes of vehicles are tested,compared to the completion time of historical flight services of shuttle buses and luggage cars,which ca
