补肾活血类方药保护青光眼视功能有效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价补肾活血类方药联合西药保护青光眼视功能的有效性。方法法检索数据库筛选自建库至2024年12月10日相关的随机对照试验文献。对纳人文献进行质量评价,使用Revman5.3软件对结局指标进行Meta分析。结果共纳人16篇文献,1935例患者。补肾活血类方药联合西药在中医总有效率[OR=4.85,95%CI(2.33,10.08),Z=4.22P<0.0001]、西医总有效率[OR=5.49,95%CI(3.48,8.67),Z=7.33,P<0.00001]、国际标准视力[MD=0.29,95%CI(0.04,0.55),Z=2.24,P<0.05]、MS[MD=2.20,95%CI(1.63,2.77),Z=7.60,P<0.00001]、MD[MD=-1.21,95%CI(-2.23,-0.19),Z=2.33,P<0.05]、LV[MD=-4.08,95%CI(-5.87,-2.29),Z=4.47,P<0.00001]、LP10[MD=-7.75,95%CI(-13.41,-2.08),Z=2.68,P<0.05]方面均优于单纯西药治疗,差异有统计学意义。结论补肾活血类方药联合西药在青光眼治疗中具有较好的视功能保护效果。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of tonifying kidney and activating blood traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with Western Medicine in protecting visual function in glaucoma patients.Methods We searched databases to screen relevant randomized controlled trials(RCT)from their inception to December 10st,2024.The quality of the included studies was assessed,and RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform meta-analysis on the out-come measures.Results A total of 16 articles involving 1,935 patients were included.The combination of Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Formula and Western medicine have demonstrated superiority over Western medicine alone in TCM total effective rate[OR=4.85,95%CI(2.33,10.08),Z=4.22,P<0.0001],Western medicine total effective rate[OR=5.49,95%CI(3.48,8.67),Z=7.33,P<0.00001],international standard visual acuity[MD=0.29,95%CI(0.04,0.55),Z=2.24,P<0.05],MS[MD=2.20,95%CI(1.63,2.77),Z=7.60,P<0.00001],MD[MD=-1.21,95%CI(-2.23,-0.19),Z=2.33,P<0.05],LV[MD=-4.08,95%CI(-5.87,-2.29),Z=4.47,P<0.00001],and LP100[MD=-7.75,95%CI(-13.41,-2.08),Z=2.68,P<0.05],were better than western medicine alone,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of tonifying kidney and activating blood Formula with Western medicine demonstrates protective effects on visual function in the treatment of glaucoma.
