弱激光联合康复新液治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察弱激光局部照射口腔溃疡面及特定舌穴联合应用康复新液治疗轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡(MiR-AU)的临床疗效。方法临床诊断为MiRAU的患者60例,随机分成2组,每组30例,治疗组为弱激光局部照射溃疡面及特定舌穴联合康复新液治疗,对照组为康复新液治疗组。观察两组治疗的临床有效率。结果两组治疗后患者疼痛程度、溃疡面积值均低于治疗前,但组间比较,弱激光局部应用联合康复新液治疗组的疼痛程度、溃疡面积、疼痛缓解时间均低于康复新液治疗组,且临床疗效高于康复新液治疗组,3月内溃疡复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弱激光与康复新液联合应用于治疗MiRAU,相较于单独使用康复新液,能够更有效地加速溃疡创面的愈合。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of weak laser local irradiation of oral ulcer surface and specific tongue points combined with the application of Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of mild recurrent aphthous ulcer(MiR-AU).Methods 60 patients with clinical diagnosis of MiRAU were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group,the treatment group was weak laser local irradiation of ulcer surface and specific tongue points combined with the treatment of Kangfuxin Liquid,and the control group was the treatment group of Kangfuxin Liquid.Observe the clinical efficiency of the two groups.Results The values of pain degree and ulcer area of patients after treatment of both groups were lower than those before treatment,but comparing between groups,the pain degree,ulcer area,and pain relief time of weak laser localized application combined with Kangfuxin Liquid treatment group were lower than that of Kangfuxin liquid Treatment group,and the clinical efficacy was higher than that of Kangfuxin liquid Treatment group,and the recurrence rate of ulcers in 3 months of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion The combination of weak laser and Kangfuxin liquid solution in the treatment of MiRAU can accelerate the healing of the ulcer wound more effectively than the use of the development protocol alone.
