“耳廓矫正器反向佩戴法”治疗下耳廓畸形的疗效分析

摘　　要：本文报告了8例特殊耳廓畸形-先天性下耳廓形态畸形的患儿,表现为耳垂部角度畸形,多为向前上方倾斜,耳垂形态正常,一般无皮肤及软骨的缺失。我们创新性地通过“反向佩戴耳廓矫正器”的方法对其进行耳廓矫正。患儿治疗初始矫正年龄34~157天,治疗周期14~44天,均达到显效及治愈标准。This article reports 8 cases of congenital lower auricle deformities in children characterized by abnormal angle of earlobe,of which most are tilting forward and upward.They mainly have normal shape of the earlobe and no loss of skin or cartilage.In the treatment of lower auricle deformity by ear molding,we innovatively use reverse wearing method.The age for treatment is 34-157 days.The treatment period is 14-44 days.Result of these treatment all meet the standard of significant efficacy and cure.
