泻肺通络汤联合常规治疗对肺炎支原体所致大叶性肺炎患儿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨泻肺通络汤联合常规治疗对肺炎支原体所致大叶性肺炎患儿的临床疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月桂林市中医医院收治的肺炎支原体感染所致大叶性肺炎患儿84例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上加用泻肺通络汤。比较两组患儿炎症因子、中医症候积分、临床疗效、症状及体征消退时间。结果治疗1周后,两组降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1周后,两组主症积分、次症积分及总积分降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组高热、咳嗽咳痰症状消退时间及肺部阴影消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泻肺通络汤联合常规治疗可减轻肺炎支原体所致大叶性肺炎患儿机体炎症反应,促进中医症状改善,提高临床疗效,促进临床症状消退。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xiefeitongluo Decoction combined with conventional treatment on children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods A total of 84 children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiefeitongluo decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine.Inflammatory factors,TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,and the time of symptom and sign resolution were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 week of treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the main disease score,secondary disease score and total score of two groups were decreased (P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time for the symptoms of high fever,cough and sputum to disappear and the time for lung shadow to disappear in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiefeitongluo Decoction combined with conventional treatment can reduce the inflammatory response of children with lobar pneumonia caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae,and promote the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and promote the regression of clinical symptoms.
